This person also determines what technology is best suited for the features required for your project. Reports directly to the President of GMR and heavy dotted line to the Account Manager.
  • Project Leads (PL) – Matrix Manager of your website design and marketing, reports to the Project Manager. Responsible for day to day execution of your website project. This person selects his team of graphic designer and programmer(s) for your website project, assigns specific task to them, and supervises their work. PL also does high end programming of your website.
  • Internet Marketing Experts – Your internet strategy should include search engine optimization (SEO), Affiliate Program, Email Newsletter, Banner advertising and Pay-per-click advertising. Headed by a Website Marketing Manager, Gmrwebteam.com employs people with skill sets to employ all of the above website marketing programs.
  • Graphic Designers – Your website designed by gmrwebteam.com is always started from scratch. We have several graphic designers who design the website template based on your requirements. Reports to Project Leads for specific projects and to the PM overall.
  • Programmers – Every website requires programming in some language. We have several programmers on our payroll with expertise in ASP Dot Net, ASP, PHP and JAVA. Depending on your website requirements, programmer with appropriate skill set is assigned to your website.
