Small Business Website Partnership

Small business owners are responsible for the following payment for the website partnership:

1. 100% of the website design fee agreed between the clients (you) and Global Marketing Resources LLC.
2. $20 monthly fee to be charged on their credit card on the 2nd of every month.
3. Any website customization in addition to the website designed by GMRWebTeam.
4. More than one revision of the website template and navigation.
5. Online credit card processing fees for PayPal or other credit card processing company. The fees would include monthly fees (in any) and credit card processing fee.
6. Integration of online credit card processors other than ones recommended by GMRWebTeam.
7. Payment for sales or leads from the website for the month. Following are standard rates, unless agreed upon between GMRWebTeam and the Small Business Website Partner separately. The fee for the month is due on the 2nd of the following month (Example – any sales % or lead generation fee for the month of January would be due on the 2nd of February during the same year):
   • Ecommerce websites – 12.5% of sales
   • Informational website -- $35 per lead
