Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement

To properly execute Website Design, Website Maintenance or Web Marketing work of a web designer client (you), GMRWebTeam will need access to certain confidential information of your client contact data. GMRWebTeam agrees to take reasonable steps to ensure that such Confidential Information is not leaked, disclosed, or communicated to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client. Confidential Information shall not include the information previously known to GMRWebTeam or properly received from a third party or that which is already in the public domain.

GMR Web Team will sign appropriate NDA agreement with a web design company; if the company so desires.
