How the Ecommerce Partnership Work?

Below is a list of the tasks that the client and GMRWebTeam need to perform to execute the ecommerce partnership program. Please note that the business registration and tax information provided by GMRWebTeam is simply general suggestion of what needs to be done, and in no way defining the process of doing business in your state/city. Client should get counsel from their CPA. GMRWebTeam will be not responsible for any liability due to its clients’ mistake or ignorance.
Tasks performed by the Client:

  1. Purchase the package.
  2. Send us some domain name options for registration.
  3. Get a business license from the city or county you reside in.
  4. Optional -
    1. Register the approved domain name as DBA or Corporation for doing business. Check you local community newspaper for registering DBA.
    2. You can skip the business registration and do business under your name and social security number. Please talk to your CPA if you are unsure about what to do here.
  5. Get a reseller license from the county or city. Your website will be designed to collect the state sales tax when someone residing in your state makes a purchase on your site. you will need to send that tax to your state quarterly.
  6. Open a bank account for the DBA.
  7. Sign up for credit card processing by the vendor identified by GMRWebTeam (Click Here to see details of credit card processing account requirements).
  8. Send your product information, or
  9. If selling products of drop shippers then identify the products and drop shipper (only one drop shipper per product).
  10. Sign a contract with drop shipper.
  11. Send GMRWebTeam product list for sale on a spreadsheet in a format defined by GMRWebTeam.
  12. Perform website marketing based on step-by-step direction from the GMRWebTeam marketing experts.

Note:

  • Consult your CPA if you are unsure about numbers 4, 5, 6 and 7 above.
  • GMRWebTeam will take care of numbers 9 (identify drop shipper for your product), 10 (send you the contract of selected drop shipper), 11 and 12 for additional fee. See ecommerce partnership package fees for details.

GMRWebTeam will do the following:

Ecommerce Partnership Package Fee

  1. Website design fee (selection of a package mandatory):
    Up to 50 items: $750
    51 to 100 items: $1,200
    100+ items: $2,000
  2. Website Hosting/Maintenance Fee (mandatory):
    • $25 per month to be automatically charged on your credit card every month.
  3. Sales fee from the website (mandatory):
    • 7.5% of the sales. Automatically charged after the sales are completed.
  4. Website marketing fee (optional):
    • Bronze: no fee. This package includes basic site optimization and submission to search engines.
      Sales expected from the fourth month or later and will build slowly over a period of time.
    • Silver: $150 per month. This package includes extensive search engine optimization.
      Sales expected from the second month or later and will build moderately over a period of time.
    • Gold: $450 per month. This package includes extensive search engine optimization, pay-per-click investment of up to $150 per month and adds eBay store & Amazon store.
    • Sales expected to start immediately and will build faster than the other two packages above.
    • Platinum: $950 per month. This package includes extensive search engine optimization, pay-per-click investment of up to $350 per month and adds eBay store & Amazon store, add a Blog & Forum on the website, create an affiliate marketing program for your website and market the affiliate program.Sales expected to start immediately and will build faster than the other two packages above.
  5. Other Features:
    • Identify drop shipper and send the contract for your approval: $500
    • Custom graphic design: $1,000
