Creation of quiz can be done by knowing
- Name of the quiz
- Category to which the quiz belongs
- Initial description that would be followed before taking the quiz
- The duration of the quiz
- Total number of questions that would be there for the quiz
- Pass percentage
Questions for the quiz would be random or in a defined order – whatever option admin selects. In addition to the score for each person taking the quiz, the total score with the statistics of wrong answers and correct one are shown at the end of the quiz.
The process for the quiz is following:
- Supervisor assigns people who need to take a quiz and create their login/password credential.
- Assigned person logs in and takes the quiz.
- Quiz taker answers the questions and submits; they cannot come back to the question again.
- Once the quiz is completed, the individual and total results and compiled statistics can be viewed by admin by logging to the quiz main account.
- This result information can be accessed by super admin, manager and supervisor for any future record purposes.
Customized reports are available to view the past track records of the people who have taken the quiz.
