Call center leave management system helps track leave taken by employees. GMR offers three options for this product:
Simple software for tracking the number of leaves applied by your associates. This software is linked with an online calendar where in a user can click on the date he wants to apply the leave and post a requisition. The leave request is then automatically sent to the reporting manager for approval. Once the approval is granted, the leave gets deducted from the available leaves of the employee.
Reports are shown based on
- The number of leaves applied by the user
- People in leave on a particular day
All the functionality available in LMS, 1.0 plus an additional option of declaring any public holidays on the calendar, so that those days are not considered as leave. Mail will be sent to the next reporting officer if the immediate reporting officer does not respond to your leave request.
All the functions available in 2.0. in addition, LMS 3.0 is SAP compatible and is custom made based on the organizations data structure.
